True TSXa elliptical machineTrue TSXa Elliptical Trainer

Price: $4,099

Bottom Line:The True Fitness TSXa brings quality, comfort, and convenience to the table with an electronic adjustable stride and a number of workout features, all for $4,099.

Thoughts:The TSXa by True Fitness boasts a number of workout features including, a 17"-26" electronic adjustable stride, 350lbs user weight, 11 preset workout types, and 25 resistance levels. True Fitness is known for quality and this machine offers exactly that despite falling a bit under the normally expected True Fitness price range. With the unique dual center drive system any user will feel comfortable using the TSXa. Also, we really liked the option to work out just the upper body when using the side step-offs as foot platforms. Overall we really like the TSXa from True Fitness but it does cost a hefty $4,099, which can be steep for the average consumer looking to use an elliptical at the home. You cannot go wrong with True Fitness quality but we invite you to shop around and look at other manufacturers such as Smooth Fitness, Life Fitness, and Precor, as they offer equal levels of quality for less. Also, consider that twin center drive elliptical trainers are the only design True Fitness is currently offering for residential use. Keep in mind, this design can sometimes be hard to adjust to or uncomfortable for users preferring front or rear single drive elliptical trainers.
