Thoughts: Most elliptical machines have a fixed stride. The DMT X2 offers an adjustable stride (18"-21"). This enables the user to increase or decrease intensity as well as muscle groups that are worked. This is by far the best type of elliptical workout. This type of adjustment and felxibility normally can't be found at this price point.
