We're
not exactly sure what to make of the ProForm CrossOver Elliptical Trainer.
It is a hybrid elliptical and home gym. You have to give Icon credit, they are
always coming up with new innovations, whether they make sense is the issue. The
idea is to be able to get cardio exercise and strength training from the same
machine. This crosstraining machine boasts Over 65 Cardio and Strength Exercises.

Comments: Does it make sense to do strength training on an elliptical trainer?
That is your call. As with any ProForm product the more moving parts the more
opportunity for the machine to breakdown. We believe in the division of cardio
and strength training. Focus on one or the other, don't try to do the both at
the same time. Although the ProForm CrossOver elliptical trainer could be the
next hot infomercial.
