Precor EFX 5.33 Elliptical (New Version)precor efx 5.33 elliptical trainer

MSRP: $4,199

Bottom Line: Rear drive is a big plus, but coupled with the front incline ramp, this unit provides a very unnatural bunny-hop feel for any user over 5'4" in height. That said, this elliptical machine is loaded with features and is very well made.

Pros:

  • Precor is known for quality and great aesthetics.

  • Precor was the first manufacturer to introduce ellipticals.
Cons:

  • Incline ramp is an antiquated feature and difficult to maintain. Users must clean and lubricate weekly.

  • Precor ellipticals were designed for short users. Therefore, the feel is not good for users over 5'4" in height.
