AFG Elliptical Trainers
 AFG was founded this year as a spinoff from Horizon Fitness which in turn is owned by Johnson Health Tech out of China. Because Horizon was attempting to sell their low-end elliptical machines to fitness specialty shops, they were in need of a different brand so as not to confuse customers. If that does not make any sense to you, then join the club because this brand is not going to be taken seriously.
With four models ranging from $999-$1699 retail, AFG is attempting to grab some incremental business from the fitness specialty channel by re-badging their Horizon ellipticals. Thus far, the industry is not biting as dealers would rather stick with the proven names that have provided quality and service over the years.
